Thomas is an Integrative Coach. Thomas guides people back to their wholeness. He creates shifts with people. He is a provider of solutions and possibilities – he solves problems. He helps people move from where they are to where they want to be.

Thomas Kevin Dolan is a spark, igniting life.

Passion and inspiration cannot appear without the prior ignition of a spark. The spark is essential for all of us to be inspired – it fires up the will. A spark must be present in order to initiate excitement, passion, a hunger of the spirit, an ambition to accomplish something special, to make a difference.

The spark is a sudden awareness, a stirring within, an awakening of our potential, a growing enthusiasm, a realization that we can live large and are capable of changing the world. Without the spark, we are plodding and boring, and our aspirations – both for ourselves and for others – will lack the spiritual oxygen that fuels a flame. This is the listless life that seeps out into the world from us to others, and it is uninspiring – to us and to others too. The spark ignites the soul.

Thomas Merton said, “Our real journey in life is interior: it is about growth, deepening, and a constant surrender to the deeds of love and grace. This is your calling, and it will bring only joy.”

The spark arouses the desire to make a difference, to inspire people, adding electricity, brio and zest – the stuff that fans the flames of passion and exhilaration within others and brings joy to all.

When we have the spark, others feel their lives to be larger, they become more fulfilled, and they feel richer for having experienced us in their lives. This is how the world becomes changed. – The Spark: Why Are You Here – by Lance Secretan from the book “The Spark, the Flame, and the Torch – Inspire Self. Inspire Others. Inspire the World.”

    Hello Thomas,

I would be interested in learning more a about your work and how I could benefit from it. I have read and listened to Debbie Ford and her process resonates with similar work I have done and taught.

    Thank you,

    Kevin
